TRA's contribution included documentation of GIS analysis and preparation
of maps that could accompany the HCP itself and the EIS/EIR. Lead
work on the GIS was done by Alicia Torregrosa. The state used TRA's
maps to post on the CERES
Headwaters web site to disseminate the information as broadly
and as quickly as possible. Overview maps showed resources on PALCO
land and specific maps showed each Marbled Murrelet Conservation
Area.
TRA's contribution can also be found in the EIS/EIR. Karen Weissman's
work included drafting the Summary and the Mitigation Monitoring
and Reporting Program; Tom Reid finalized the section on Herbicides
and provided the Technical analysis of marbled murrelet take in
Appendix N-2.
